Teachers, social partners and employers take part in the development of the educational program. The employer is involved in the educational process at the stages of developing a specialist model, determining the results of training, preparing elective modules and special disciplines necessary for the development of educational programs. For this purpose, various events aimed at the implementation of this task are held at the college departments: round tables, scientific and methodological conferences, questionnaires, conversations with leading specialists. Agreements and memoranda on international cooperation for the exchange of experience on the implementation of OP with the following educational institutions were signed:

  • Rostov ‑ on-Don State College of Communications and Informatics (Russia);

Employers take part in the discussion of the development of educational programs at the meetings of the methodological cycle commissions. Leading experts in the IT field and the film industry are invited as chairs and members of the Certification Commission, and the reviewers of theses are leading university teachers. In the reports on the final certification, many employers give not only an analysis of the students ' knowledge, but also make proposals for making additions to the subject of theses and the need to include certain modules in educational programs to form the necessary competencies for a college graduate, taking into account his qualifications.

To conduct scientific and practical seminars on interaction with employers, the heads of departments invite all interested persons who reflect the needs of the modern labor market, where they have the opportunity to discuss and discuss current problems, the content and directions of training future specialists.

In some groups, the training programs are developed jointly with social partners (Samsung Electronics Central Eurasia LLP, Dosti LLP, DigitalMediaCenter LLP, the Association of Innovative Companies of the FEZ PIT).
